Nurse Case Manager

An award-winning 250+ bed hospital in Central New Jersey is looking for an experienced Case Manager to join their case management team.

The Case Manager will be part of a leading healthcare organization that provides high quality and compassionate health care services to patients and surrounding communities. They have earned recognition and awards in multiple areas, including cardiovascular care, endocrinology, and oncology. They are always at the forefront of the latest technology and procedures, while keeping standards for patient safety high. 

The Nurse Case Manager will primarily work in a busy, 50k+ visit a year ER that is poised to get even busier. The ER has multiple areas, including a Fast Track, Trauma, Psych Crises Unit and Peds area. This facility is a Stoke Center and Chest Pain Center as well. This facility is known for providing fast, efficient service to patients with a friendly customer-service atmosphere.   

The Nurse Case Manager will work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a case plan for patients from pre-admission to discharge. This position requires a high degree of organization and excellent communication skills, as collaboration with providers, departments and services throughout the hospital is a large part of the job. This position is one that will require a creative thinking, leadership skills and an ability to work independently.

The Nurse Case Manager requires previous case management experience within a hospital setting. Those with PRI Screen Certification are preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
